Is our data safe? Where is it hosted?
Yes. All data is hosted in the Singapore region and handled in line with the PDPA. We only store what's needed to plan relief — staff names, timetables and availability — and your school controls its own data.
Do we have to switch off our current system?
No. Edtreo works alongside whatever you use today — spreadsheets, notice boards, WhatsApp. Many schools run both side by side for a few weeks before switching over fully, at their own pace.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are up and running within a week. We help you load your staff list and timetables during onboarding, so the first morning you use Edtreo, it just works.
Does it replace the admin's judgement?
No — and it's not meant to. Edtreo suggests the best available options; the person in charge reviews, adjusts and confirms. You know your school best, and nothing is finalised without your say-so.
